All poster presenters are responsible for creating an E-Poster (PDF and JPG), a 1-Minute Flash video presentation, and be available during the assigned poster session time (1.5-hours).

Deadlines for Materials


Instructions for uploading files will be sent directly to the presenting author shortly before the above deadline dates.

In-Person Poster Presentations: We are still finalizing these details and will update presenters as soon as possible.
