Atecom Technology Co., Ltd. is the manufacturer and supplier of semiconductor materials established at Taipei of Taiwan in 1998.

We manufacture and cooperate with our partners for the various crystals from First to Third generation Semiconductor and Compound materials.

• 2nd: InP, InAs, InSb, GaAs, GaSb, LN/LT wafers
• 3rd: SiC, GaN, Ga2O3 wafers
• Future material: Graphene, Diamond wafer, Thermal interface materials
