Micro Vacuum Probe Station (MVPS) has a small internal volume, it has less than 100 cc. Basically, the MVPS is capable of 4-point probing in vacuum, gas and temperature environments. Nextron's MVPS is designed in a unique way to make probing very easy. There are three kind of models depending on the temperature range of

1. -40°C ~ +200°C (Peltier type)
2. RT ~ +750°C (Ceramic Heater type)
3. 77K ~ 300K (Liquid Nitrogen type)

The Micro Vacuum Probe Station is CE certified as a European safety standard.
