Micronarc
Micronarc is the dedicated micro-nanotech cluster and communication platform created by the governments of the seven cantons that constitute Western Switzerland. Its primarily role is the development and promotion of the regional scientific, industrial and economic base in the sectors of micro and nanotechnology, as well as its educational structures, R&D facilities, technology transfer and inward investment. To achieve its objectives, Micronarc manages and operates its internet portal www.micronarc.ch , organizes grouped booths at industry trade shows and scientific conferences; organizes professional and public events locally; provides information and networking possibilities and acts as a facilitator in establishing business relations.

Idonus
Idonus is a young and innovation-driven company with proven experience in design and manufacturing of equipment for silicon wafer micromachining. Our activities are in the field of dry etching for MEMS release, IR inspection, shadow mask alignment tools and electrostatic chucks for diverse applications. With our design team and production facility based in Neuchatel, Switzerland, we maintain a line of standard products as well as providing custom made solutions.

Imina Technologies
Imina Technologies designs, manufactures and distributes complete lines of micro and nanomanipulation equipment for SEM, FIB and light microscopes. Based on a novel mobile motion technology, our nanomanipulators combine nanometer resolution of positioning, unprecedented ease-of-use and flexibility in an ultra compact design.

Lyncée Tec SA
The Digital Holographic Microscopes (DHM) by Lyncée Tec SA quickly and efficiently provides full 3D characterization of your MEMS for excitation frequencies up to 25 MHZ. Compare your numerical simulations with reality and make an improved quality control of your micro systems!

CSEM
The CSEM is an independent research and development company, partially funded by the Swiss confederation. Established in 1984, CSEM (Centre Suisse d'Electronique et de Microtechnique SA) is a private R&D centre specializing in microtechnology, nanotechnology, microelectronics, systems engineering and communications technologies. It provides its industry customers and partners with tailored, innovative R&D and pro- duct development services based on its commercial and technological expertise, further expanded by the results of its applied research. More than 400 highly-qualified employees from varied scientific and technical backgrounds work for CSEM in Neuchâtel, Zurich, Alpnach, Basel and Landquart.
Our activity in MEMS (including Optical MEMS, BioMEMS, PowerMEMS, RF-MEMS) is focused on the development, production and integration of custom or standard innovative microsystems.
