FemtoTools offers high-precision instruments for mechanical testing in the micro- and nano-domains. The main application area is the electro-mechanical testing of MEMS and NEMS. Among others, the following properties can be measured: Elastic and plastic deformation characteristics (stiffness, hysteresis, linearity, deflection range,..), actuation force and range of microactuators, sample topography and stiffness maps.
